Hi! My name is Erin and I was born and raised in Helena, MT. I enjoy time with my family, gardening, barrel racing with my daughter and just about anything outdoors.

From a young age, my Mom and I shared a love for sugar cookies. Anytime she walked into a bakery, she’d make sure to bring some home. I started baking them years ago just for fun and to share with family. My Mom would always say, “you really need to sell these.” After my beautiful Mom passed away in 2024, my dear friend Jodie gave me the extra push I needed to start sharing my cookies with others. In 2025, I started Pink Daisy Cookie Co to honor my Mom’s love for pink daisies and sugar cookies.
